Raze the Red Flag
Students, staff and faculty at the University of Maine at Augusta (UMA) were encouraged to think back to when they first began their time at UMA.
They were then invited to write down any concern they had during that period when they initially arrived at UMA.
They wrote these concerns on red construction flags, which are typically used to mark conduits and pipes buried in the terrain.
The flags were then placed in the landscape adjacent to a smoking area located outside of the Katz Library.
